Supplier Selection

Supplier and Component Selection

JSGK supplies Supplier and Component Selection for substations, switchgear rooms, industrial facilities and new-energy project sites.

Vetted steel & components Spec’d & traceable Suppliers audited No silent substitutions
What goes into the configure
Suppliers chosen on spec, not price alone.

Typical quotation inputs include voltage level, rated current, short-circuit level, transformer capacity, circuit quantity, site environment, drawings and required documents.

Final configuration is confirmed from approved datasheets, single-line diagrams, cabinet arrangement drawings and project standards before production.

Factory-side work can include equipment assembly, secondary wiring, routine inspection, outgoing inspection, packing and document preparation according to the confirmed scope.

How a supplier earns a place
Four things we check before anything gets on the line.

JSGK supports project buyers with product selection, scheme confirmation, factory coordination and documentation for electrical distribution equipment orders.

1
Material spec & traceability
Every key material is defined by a written spec — grade, thickness, coating or surface treatment. Suppliers must provide batch-level traceability documentation (mill certificates or equivalent) with each delivery. No paperwork, no acceptance.
2
Supplier audit
New suppliers go through an on-site or documented audit before they enter the approved list. Existing suppliers are reviewed on a set cycle — . Audits cover quality management, production consistency and delivery reliability.
3
Sample & batch checks
Pre-production samples are required for new materials and after any supplier change. Incoming batches go through a receiving inspection: dimensions, surface condition and marking are checked before material enters the production floor. Failed batches are quarantined and returned.
4
No bargain substitutions
We don’t substitute a lower grade or thinner section because it’s cheaper or currently available. If a specified material is unavailable and a change becomes necessary, we inform the operator and get agreement before anything moves. Silent swaps don’t happen here.
