How we check the work
Checks built into the process, not added at the end.

JSGK supplies Quality Control for substations, switchgear rooms, industrial facilities and new-energy project sites.

Typical quotation inputs include voltage level, rated current, short-circuit level, transformer capacity, circuit quantity, site environment, drawings and required documents.

Final configuration is confirmed from approved datasheets, single-line diagrams, cabinet arrangement drawings and project standards before production.

Our approach
Checked at every stage

The checkpoints every unit passes
Four gates. Nothing ships until each one clears.

For outdoor or site-side equipment, clarify IP protection, corrosion environment, ventilation, foundation, cable entry and maintenance access during the RFQ stage.

STEP 01
Incoming materials
Steel sections, panels and fittings are checked against the order spec before cutting starts. Grade, dimension and surface condition are all logged. Off-spec material goes back — it doesn’t enter the line.
STEP 02
Fabrication & welding
Weld seams are visually inspected after each structural join. Penetration, continuity and profile are checked against our internal welding procedure . No coating goes on until fabrication passes.
STEP 03
Coating
Film thickness is checked across the surface after application. Coverage on edges, corners and weld zones gets particular attention. Coastal-environment orders go through an upgraded coating process .
STEP 04
Pre-shipment sign-off
The factory-prepared unit gets a full walk-around: squareness of the frame, operation of every door and window, surface finish, hardware seating. Photos are taken and filed against the unit’s production record. The sign-off sheet ships with the export documents.
These checks target the failure patterns we’ve already seen. We document the faults we’ve caught so the inspection steps stay calibrated to what actually goes wrong. See the faults we caught
